Chaufferie : caractéristiques techniques

a. Prévention incendie

Pour chaudières au gaz : le local ne peut être situé en-dessous du niveau -1 sans l’accord de Frigotec.
Toutes les chaudières doivent avoir un dispositif d’arrêt d’urgence à l’extérieur ou près de la porte.
Les parois et portes de la chaufferie doivent offrir une résistance au feu spécifique (murs/plafonds 1 heure, porte coupe-feu 30 minutes).

Des extincteurs adaptés doivent être présents, et aucun matériau inflammable ne doit être entreposé.

b. Ventilation

Votre chaufferie doit disposer d’une ventilation haute et basse suffisante, conformément à la norme NBN B 61-001, garantissant une bonne combustion et une évacuation de l’air vicié.

Des dérogations peuvent être sollicitées auprès de Frigotec pour les chaufferies de moins de 400 kW.

c. Cheminée

Les rejets des gaz de combustion doivent être évacués en toiture, à plus de 8 mètres de toute fenêtre voisine ou prise d’air, sauf dérogation acceptée par Frigotec.

d. Compteurs

Les compteurs principaux de gaz et d’électricité doivent être installés hors de la chaufferie.

e. Grandes installations (puissance ≥ 1 MW)

Respect des limites d’émissions de NOx et CO.
Échantillonnage et analyse des émissions à réaliser rapidement après mise en service.

Travaux futurs : autorisations nécessaires

Avant toute modification (déplacement, ajout, remplacement de chaudière ou changement de combustible), vous devez obtenir l’accord de Frigotec.
